The following day I received an e-mail from Terada-san stating, “Though I was drunk at the party last night, I do remember what we talked about clearly! I am now making the proposal for Kagawa-leader. I wonder if you could take a look at this and give some comments on it.” Indeed, Terada-san started making a rigorous PowerPoint proposal with the help of the younger members Fujita-san and Kazawa-san (see a slide with his proposed change in figure 4.3).
